Who We Are

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site (Start A Project, sponsorship inquiries, the configurator, Trident Care, spec sheet requests, kit orders or the Resilience Readiness Checklist), we collect what you enter. That can include your name, organization, email, phone number, site location, project details and anything you write in a message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit. If we add website analytics, it may use cookies or similar technologies to measure how the site is used. We do not sell this information.

Booking a call. Calls are scheduled through Calendly. When you book, Calendly processes the information you provide under its own privacy policy.

How We Use It

• To reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, and schedule calls
• To deliver products and services you order, including Trident Care support
• To send the documents you request, such as spec sheets and checklists
• To send occasional updates about Blue Currents, if you sign up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

How We Share It

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as website hosting and form processing (Netlify and FormSubmit), scheduling (Calendly), email and payment providers. They may only use it to provide their services to us. We may also share information if required by law, or with a successor if Blue Currents is involved in a merger or acquisition.

International Visitors

We work with organizations around the world. Information you submit is processed and stored in the United States. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another region with data-protection laws, we rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries to process it, and you have the rights described below.

Your Choices And Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or stop using your personal information, or to send you a copy of it, by emailing info@bluecurrents.co. We will respond within 30 days. You can also set your browser to refuse cookies.

How Long We Keep It

We keep inquiry and customer information for as long as needed to respond, serve you and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
